Once a special order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Regular orders that need to be adjusted, please reach out to us ASAP and over 24 hours, the order will be unable to change. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. No returns are accepted as these are one of a kind, individually handcrafted pieces. We do everything we can to give a fair representation of our product on our site, but since we are dealing with uncontrollable substances (Resin, Ink, Nature, Precious Stones and the like, variances do happen). Every effort is given to assure that each piece is created and crafted with integrity. With that being said, life happens and if the piece breaks, it is the nature of the materials and elements and there will be no refunds.

Be Brilliant Society, LLC reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you should such limits be applied. Be Brilliant Society, LLC also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. Reselling is hereby defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Be Brilliant Society, LLC for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.

Be Brilliant Moments are not intended for children under the age of twelve and the customer understands that they are intended for adult use only. Also, no account shall be made for persons under the age of 12, and if it is discovered that this has happened, the account will be removed/deleted immediately.
